I am so incredibly grateful for the services provided by Abner’s Cleaning Service, and I wanted to take a minute to share about my great my experience with them. My best friend's father recently passed away from kidney failure, and she was left with the heartbreaking task of cleaning his living space after his passing. I felt that no child should have to go through the painful process of cleaning up after their deceased parent, but I didn’t have the time or means to do the cleaning myself, and neither of us could afford to hire most professional cleaning services. To make matters worse, the two rooms we needed cleaned had mountains of trash and biohazard waste that her sick father had let accumulate over quite some time.
However, when I found Abner, I was very impressed with their affordable rates! I was hopeful that I may be able to afford to at least get a helping hand to deal with some of the more difficult tasks, like just trash and biohazard removal. However, after explaining our situation, the Abners went above and beyond by offering to clean for us for free — they offer a free cleaning service they call their “See A Need, Fill A Need” Initiative to locals in need of help — which was truly life-changing for my friend during such a tough time.
Tyler, the person who came to handle the cleaning, was absolutely wonderful. He was not only respectful and professional but also incredibly kind and personable. He approached the task with great sensitivity, ensuring that all of my friend's father’s belongings were treated with care and respect, leaving them in their rightful place. He even notified of a box of loose change he found in the room that we hadn’t noticed! The cleaning was very very thorough, and the work of cleaning that we thought would take us days was completed within just six hours.
