Standard/Deep Clean

The difference between our standard clean and deep clean package is the inside of appliances are excluded on standard cleans and included on deep cleans. Freezer cleaning is a separate charge and the freezer must be cleared and thawed prior to our arrival.

Move-in/Out Clean

For our move-in/move-out cleaning, we perform a more intensive level of deep cleaning. Walls, baseboards, windows, windowsills, and the inside of all appliances and cabinets.

Post Construction

We offer post construction cleaning in 2 phases, the initial cleaning and the final cleaning. These are separate charges, and charged at differing rates. The initial cleaning focuses on dust removal and debris removal. The final cleaning focuses on putting the Abner’s finishing touch on your property, preparing it to move-in ready status.

Priority Clean

For those with budgetary concerns, or those looking for cleaning services for select rooms, we offer priority cleans. You select a block of time, with a 2 hour minimum, and provide us with a checklist of specific rooms and tasks and we complete as much as we can in the allotted time.
